Being in despondency
(Written by: Chris Romero)
Free your dream upon a star
Look to heaven when the answer isn’t so far
A timeless being of life, destroys my time
When the sunlight falls, a storm will call for grace.
Tomorrow lies beneath more lies
Second time around, I took your advice
Watch your pain slip through our lives.
One Hundred years, I have fallen from grace
Time-traveled through an empty hollow space
Where we flew to hide our mistakes
Needles pierced the night, I scream and ache
For today is the same as the rest of the days.
Ongoing infinite dreams of disgrace
I learned to uphold
Your story untold
To darkness, to sodality or perseverance
I do not follow your existence
One in which assiduousness is presented
You passed your life by
Take your tunnel now.
Flowers in bloom
Marry your groom
Acetone tongue inflicts heartache
I assume
It gets harder
Life runs shorter
Falling six feet under
